Coronation Big Lunch

The Big Lunch is an annual celebration, created by Eden Project Communities. This year, The Big Lunch will take place during the King’s Coronation. Communities are invited to get together, to generate new connections and celebrate community, whilst having lunch together. Each year, The Big Lunch brings together over a quarter of the entire UK population to enjoy street parties, community gatherings and good food, reducing loneliness and raising vital funds for a wide variety of local charities - £22.2m so far!

To celebrate the Royal Coronation of King Charles III, London Bridge City is delighted to be hosting our very own Big Lunch event. Pack a picnic, or purchase your lunch from a nearby retailer and take a pew at our special Coronation seating area inside Hay's Galleria. Bring old friends whilst making new friends, and take a moment to reflect on new beginnings.
