On 15 November, Christmas by the River, the capital’s much-loved festive experience, is returning to London Bridge City once again for its eighth year. Set alongside the River Thames with the iconic city skyline as a backdrop, you will find fairy-lit wooden cabins, market traders showcasing a range of hand-crafted items, as well as festive fayre to sustain you while you shop. An eclectic mix of permanent restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops further enhance the Christmas experience. Running until 2 January, it incorporates a traditional Christmas market as well as a variety of free activities including outdoor film screenings, choir performances and community activations.
