Summer By The River: Ten-A-City

tp bennett is proud to present a unique live performance by Impact Dance.

Funding cuts of 70% have seen 750 youth centres in the UK close in the last decade. This performance will highlight the growing problem, in London and other cities around the world, where there is a desperate lack of spaces for young people to come together and express themselves.

Impact Dance uses Hip-Hop theatre and street dance to increase social inclusivity and give young people the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life.

Alongside the London performance, ten dance organisations from around the world will showcase their own talents and highlight similar challenges of access to community space in a series of short films.

This performance will be an exciting and provocative experience, questioning the nature of the cities we are creating and whether they are fit to serve the people who need them most.

Performances at 1430- 15:15 and repeated at 16:30-17:15, with entertainment from Midday-6pm in between performances.
