What's
OnSummer by the River: Jocee
Having placed her musical faith in vintage Motown and Jazz from a young age, Jocee seamlessly carries this cool into her contemporary new sound. Think Joss Stone meets Jocelyn Brown in a Jazz Café in London, and herald your hope in the scene that would unfold for true music lovers everywhere.
As an independent, young artist, her successful debut album ‘Just love,’ carried us through Jocee's first-hand experiences from heartache to happiness. In 2018, Jocee turned her tale-telling honesty to the world around her third album ‘They Say’; a collection of raw, spontaneously-written narrations backed a soulful 8-piece band, laced with sax and bass.
Jocee’s unique tone, makes her a decorated vocalist, featuring her tracks on BBC London with Robert Elms, BBC Introducing and working with the likes of Paloma Faith, Labrinth, Lionel Richie, Tom Odell and Josh Groban.
